Plus, now it’s even easier to track your progress with our newest feature: you can now add Programs to your Planner. That’s right, one of the most-requested features has officially arrived.
If you have the watch app and use it while doing a coached workout you can now see the health metrics provided by your watch on your phone. So you can see them more throughout your workout.
We heard your feedback and we're very excited to share with you our new smartwatch app! You can now track your health metrics and control your workouts via your wrist.
How do I get it? Go to the PlayStore on your watch, search for Centr and download the Centr app.
* To manage your equipment list go to Settings and look for the Equipment item in the menu.
* To filter to your saved equipment, go to a Coached or Self-Guided Explore library and open the filter menu & keep an eye out for a new toggle in the Equipment filter category call My Equipment.
